Pre-deposit checklist
Complete the checklist for the exact state, product, account, platform, and offer. Decline the offer if a required check fails, even when its modeled value is favorable. See platform trust and security.
Legal access and eligibility
Section titled “Legal access and eligibility”- The regulator for my physical location authorizes this product.
- The entity, brand, platform, and current license match the regulator’s record.
- I meet the legal age, location, product, promotion, and account-type rules.
- I meet account, household, device, and referral conditions without evasion.
- I will use accurate identity, address, age, and location information.
If any point is unclear, stop. Do not evade identity or geolocation controls.
Exact offer and opt-in
Section titled “Exact offer and opt-in”- I saved the offer, its URL, and the capture timestamp as my version record.
- I saved both the promotion-specific terms and the linked general terms.
- I completed any required opt-in or code before deposit or play and saved confirmation.
- I identified the eligibility and qualifying-action rules.
- I recorded any minimum odds, activity, and settlement rules.
- I listed excluded games, markets, bets, payment methods, and promotional funds.
Wagering and conversion
Section titled “Wagering and conversion”- I copied the wagering base and multiplier, then calculated published target.
- I used contribution or game weighting to calculate actual eligible handle.
- I recorded maximum bet and its measurement unit.
- I checked the maximum-win and conversion caps.
- I checked cash-out and withdrawal caps separately.
- I know whether credit is sticky, which balance is used first, and what opt-out or withdrawal does.
- I separated cash, credits, pending wagers, and withdrawable funds.

Deadline and workload
Section titled “Deadline and workload”- I recorded the exact opt-in, deposit, activation, and issuance deadlines with time zones.
- I recorded the placement, settlement, claim, and expiry deadlines with time zones.
- I checked whether wagers must be placed or settled before expiry.
- Required handle, time, and buffer fit my preset limits without rushed or larger stakes.
Identity, payment, and withdrawal
Section titled “Identity, payment, and withdrawal”- The account and payment method belong to me, and their details match.
- I read the KYC, privacy, source-of-funds, and document-upload rules.
- I will send sensitive records only through verified official channels.
- I recorded the available deposit and withdrawal methods.
- I recorded their minimums, maximums, processing stages, and fees.
- I checked original-method rules and whether a small withdrawal test is practical.
- I found official support, escalation, and regulator complaint routes.
Security and controls
Section titled “Security and controls”- I use a long, random, unique password in a password manager, consistent with CISA password guidance.
- I enabled MFA where available on the platform, email, and payment account. CISA recommends MFA as added protection.
- I secured recovery codes, enabled alerts, and will not disclose passwords or one-time codes.
- I found money and time limits, cooling-off, marketing controls, and self-exclusion. NCPG’s voluntary Internet Responsible Gambling Standards are a benchmark, not nationwide law.
Money, EV, and stop conditions
Section titled “Money, EV, and stop conditions”- The deposit, worst loss, and possible delays fit within my risk capital.
- The plan uses no debt, essential funds, or expected withdrawals.
- My EV includes qualifying cost, conversion, expiry, caps, and fees.
- My EV also includes the expected cost of failure branches.
- I wrote conservative, base, and favorable EV assumptions.
- I preset cash exposure, loss, drawdown, and deposit limits.
- I preset wager and time limits.
- I will stop after a terms mismatch, identity or payment issue, or reached limit.
- I will also stop for stress, secrecy, or difficulty controlling play.
- I will not chase losses, rebates, or expiring credit.
Record capture
Section titled “Record capture”- I can preserve the opt-in, terms, timestamps, and balance history.
- I can preserve transactions, tickets, game history, support cases, and the withdrawal receipt.
- My ledger separates EV, restricted credit, cash flows, gross wins, and losses.
- I keep tax records without storing passwords, full payment numbers, or identity files in the ledger.
